The Parish of St. Theresa Baptismal Program plays an integral part in the formation of Parents and Godparents as they prepare to bring their child to Jesus through the Sacrament of Baptism.

Every Parent and Godparent has the responsibility of attending a Baptism Preparation Class prior to their child’s Baptism. These Baptism Preparation classes are facilitated by the Parish of St. Theresa Baptismal Preparation Team.

During these classes the Baptismal Preparation Team has the responsibility of informing and encouraging Parents and Godparents in their roles as nurturers of the life entrusted to them in their child.  In addition to facilitating the Baptismal Preparation Classes, the Baptismal Preparation Team members assist the Priest and or the Deacon during the Sacrament of Baptism.  

The Baptismal Preparation Team is a dedicated group of volunteers committed to the future of our children baptized into the Catholic faith.
