Children's Faith Formation Classes

Fall classes are Sundays 10:00am to 11:15
Registration:
Students new to the program MUST fill out the forms below and return to the office.
Returning students whose address and contact information have not changed may call to re-register over the phone or by e-mail.
Catholic school families, we ask that you also fill out a registration form so that we have up to date contact info and can keep you informed of parish activities, sacrament meetings, etc.Fees:
1 student $ 75.00
2 students 125.00
Family cap 3+ 175.00
Communion fee 25.00
Confirmation fee 40.00
Tuition fees for families that register over the phone may be mailed, dropped off to the parish office, or placed in the collection basket on Sundays in an envelope with Mrs. Schmidt's name on it. Payment arrangements are always available.

This program will not be available for students entering 2nd grade
Volunteers are needed for both programs in a number of different areas. Background checks and Virtus training may be required.
