We share the stories of our faith journey and talk about the human and spiritual dimensions of our everyday lives: being a father, a spouse, a member of the community and the workplace.
We seek to continue the objective of transforming our minds and hearts according to the life and teachings of Jesus under the guidance of our Church.
Since men and women see things differently, we realize that a man’s journey in seeking the answers to life’s questions is quite different from that of a woman. Although women included in our discussions could add significantly to our discussions, a different focus would alter the substance of our sharing. We talk about real experiences of our everyday lives: our faith, our parents and children, our relationships and our common feelings in dealing with aging or with loss of a loved one.
We meet one Saturday morning a month beginning at 8:15 in the Daily Chapel for a communion service. At the end of the service we proceed to the Faith Formation Center for discussion ending about 10:00AM. Interested men should check the weekly bulletin for the specific date of each month's meeting..
No one in the group is obliged to speak. Some of the men may, at times, be content to listen. There is no specific program. Each months discussion and sharing of specific topics centers on the needs of those present.
